Collaboration of Loisir Hotel Naha and Nanjo City with Island Ingredients

The "Loisir Hotel Naha × Nanjo City Restaurant Fair" and "Nanjo City Marche," themed on ingredients from Nanjo City, will be held from January 31, 2025 (Friday) to March 31, 2025 (Monday). This time, we will develop dishes using attractive ingredients at "Bar Planet" and "Nishimachi Bakery Bredol" within the Loisir Hotel Naha. Additionally, we will also hold the 'Nanjo City Marche' where fresh ingredients can be purchased in direct interaction with farmers once a week.
