79th Kyoto Nantan City Fireworks Festival
Approximately 2,000 fireworks will be launched over the Oi River.
An event to celebrate the equinox held in Nantan City, Kyoto. Starting from 15:00, various food stalls will line the riverbank with about 10 stalls upstream and about 30 stalls downstream. There will be a volunteer 'dance performance', a 'lantern floating on the Oi River' to express gratitude and remembrance for ancestors, and a 'drone light show' with 100 drones dancing in the autumn night sky. After that, a 'fireworks festival' will take place featuring type 2 shells, star mines, set fireworks, niagara fireworks, and plenty of attractions.
