The 64th Ueda Tanabata Festival
One of the largest shopping street events in Nagano Prefecture
The Tanabata Festival is held in early August, corresponding to the old lunar calendar, in Uminomachi Shopping Street. Events are prepared for everyone from children to adults under handmade Tanabata decorations.
