Now is the time! Bamboo shoot digging, and luxury foil-baking

With the motto of learning about food education and life in a fun way, let's head to the bamboo shoot mountain! First, we search for bamboo shoots, then we dig them up, and you can eat them on site! For those who wish, there is also BBQ available at the farm. There are three ways to eat them: sashimi, foil-baked, and grilled. If you eat them within two hours of being harvested, they are free of bitterness and truly a luxury for adults! Things to bring: drinks, towel, shoes, hat, and for children, long-sleeved shirts and long pants. *Please take your trash home with you. ■ Notes There are no toilets at the bamboo shoot mountain, so please use the restroom beforehand.
