Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Piano Concert 'Message to the Future 2025'

With the Hiroshima atomic bomb piano, we seek peace through music and narration
The atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima instantly took the lives of many people and burned the city down, with reports that 97% of homes within a 2-kilometer radius from the epicenter were destroyed. 'The Miracle Piano' that survived that devastating situation will hold a concert again in Nerima, where its tones were first delivered in Tokyo 20 years ago. In this milestone year, the 80th anniversary of the war's end, we want more people to know about the existence and history of the atomic bomb piano, and through narration and music, we hope to provide a trigger for thinking about peace. ■ Notes We want to think about war and peace through the tones of the Hiroshima atomic bomb piano, transcending generations and genres, alongside narration and music.
