The lecturer is Yoshihiro Kawashima (currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Literature at Ehime University, previously worked as a curator at the Sakano Ue no Kumo Museum and Matsuyama City Shiki Memorial Museum). Using the content of the bulletin "Bungeki no Shiori" published by the Takubun Association in the 23rd year of Meiji and its relationship with Shiki as clues, he delves into the true image of Matsuyama's literary world in the early 1890s.
