In Mama's Circle, physical therapists support postpartum moms' body care, helping them enjoy their time with their babies even more! We convey methods to make the core more usable through discussions about the postpartum body and core exercises that can be done even after giving birth! Individual consultations for daily body concerns are also welcome (a midwife will participate). Please apply through the application form on the website URL.
