A newly discovered letter handwritten by Ryoma from 2017. It bears Ryoma's signature along with the date 'November 10, Keio 3rd year', which was determined to be written five days before his assassination. Additionally, the text contains the phrase 'New Nation'. With the full cooperation of Sakamoto Masahiro, the tenth head of the Sakamoto family, the actual letter with significant historical meaning has been exhibited. Furthermore, we interpret the meaning of 'New Nation' from primary sources and introduce the 'true theory' of Ryoma, which is not based on speculation or inference.
