The rose garden 'Satoyama Rose' in the Tawarau area of Nagato City is holding a limited-time open garden. The rose garden, which the couple started about 15 years ago, was initiated with the aim of reviving the devastated satoyama, managing the family garden, abandoned farmland, and surrounding forests, and opened to the public in 2016.
