Planetarium 'Tonight's Starry Sky and the Story of the Celestial Sphere'

In the first half, staff will give a live explanation of tonight's starry sky. In the second half, a video program will be projected. Synopsis of the video program: This is a story about a lost cat traveling. What the cat stumbled upon was... a celestial globe. There is a world of constellations drawn by various people. The many constellations that are depicted in the starry sky convey how people lived and what they thought, truly a starry sky art museum. Together with the lost cat, we will explore the world of constellations that were created and vanished.

Note

Closed on Mondays (the following weekday if a holiday) and May 8. From 15:30 (approximately 45 minutes each session). However, there will be no projection of this program on June 22 due to a special event. Additionally, on weekdays, school groups may have reservations up to one week prior to the viewing date. If there are reservations, the projection of this program will be canceled.

Fee

Adults 600 yen, Middle school students and below 300 yen. An additional museum admission fee (Adults 300 yen, Middle school students and below 150 yen) is required. Free for those under 4 years old.

About 10 minutes from the Chuo Expressway 'Kunitachi Fuchu' IC.

About 6 minutes by bus from 'Bunbai Kawara' station on the Keio Line and JR Nambu Line to 'Kyodo no Mori General Gymnasium', get off at 'Kyodo no Mori Main Gate' stop.
