Yin Yoga is a form of yoga where poses are held slowly. You take poses while relaxing, which can help expand the natural range of motion in the joints. It is recommended for those who like a slower type of yoga, want to become more flexible, feel tired recently, or have chronic shoulder or lower back pain. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, regardless of age or gender. You can choose the pace that suits you, making it easy to participate. For more details, please check our website. ■ Notes Registration can be done via the website or official LINE account. Phone reception is available on Fridays from 14:00 to 16:00 (excluding public holidays).
