Shizuoka Whiskey School One-Day Introductory Course (April)
Learn and experience whiskey from the makers
This is an experiential program where you can learn in detail not only about whiskey-making at the Shizuoka Distillery but also about "What is whiskey?" and how to enjoy it at home. It is a special course that adds an extra learning time to the standard "tour" typically held at the distillery. After a lecture utilizing a former middle school that has become a closed school in the Okushizu (Inner Shizuoka) region, a distillery tour and tasting time will be provided. ■Notes Due to the event providing alcohol, participation is not allowed for those under 20 years old.
