One of the largest traditional townhouse in Kyoto, built over 150 years ago, the "Important Cultural Property Sugimoto House" will be open to the public during the Gion Matsuri period. This July, let's appreciate the over 150-year-old large-scale townhouse in the streets of Kyoto during the Gion Matsuri. During this period, valuable folding screens from the collection will be on display. Experience the wisdom and summer arrangements of our ancestors up close in the traditional setup.
