Stretching Park Yoga Spring 2025

Even for beginners, the instructor will kindly conduct the lessons according to fitness and skill levels. Let's relax our bodies and minds in a lush green park. Interested individuals can feel free to participate. Pre-registration is required, and applications are accepted by phone (first-come, first-served). Note that the location and capacity may vary depending on the date (25 participants outdoors in April and May, 10 participants indoors in June and July). Please refer to the organizer's website. The target audience is 18 years and older. ■Notes There may be cancellations or changes in content due to the impact of infectious diseases.

Note

The event dates are 4/8, 4/22, 5/20, 5/24, 6/10, 6/21, and 7/1 for a total of 7 sessions. Participation in just one session or in all sessions is possible.

Number of spaces in Block B parking lot: 600 yen within the time limit, an additional 100 yen for each hour thereafter. *There are also parking lots in Blocks A and C.

Access

Exit the 'Wangan Narashino' IC of the East Kanto Expressway, go straight on National Route 357, turn right at the Nakase intersection, and left at the Messe intersection.

Approximately 10 minutes on foot from the south exit of JR Keiyo Line 'Kaihin Makuhari' Station.
