Kuratsukagawa Weeping Cherry Blossom Light-up

Kuratsukagawa, a popular cherry blossom spot in Tendo City, rivals the cherry blossoms of Maizuru Mountain Park. When the weeping cherry blossoms near Tendo City Hall reach full bloom, they are lit up, allowing visitors to enjoy the moist night cherry blossoms. The 700m stretch along both banks of the Kuratsukagawa from in front of Tendo City Hall to Tendo Onsen town is dyed in vibrant pink, announcing the arrival of spring.
