Sakura's autumn festival features many attractions, including one of the largest portable shrines in Kanto, the 'Hanaguruma' which is a stall called a 'sake place' that spins with vigor, and the float dolls made by master craftsmen from the Edo to early Meiji period displayed in each town. The sight of people dancing and parading with the unique call of 'Essanokorasan E Sasssa' to the lively and brisk rhythm of the Sakura Bayashi music is sure to lift your spirits, and by the end, you'll likely be humming along!
