The "Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama" celebrates its 5th anniversary on July 1, 2025, and will hold anniversary events for one year until June 30, 2026. As the first event, the "Summer Festival" will be held from July 1 (Tuesday) to August 31 (Sunday). The event is packed with attractions such as atrium illumination, lobby live performances, and anniversary projections.

Atrium illumination, 5th anniversary projection at 20:00 and 22:00 (about 2 minutes), hide-and-seek in the atrium, lobby live (Friday, Saturday, and the day before holidays, excluding August 8) from 19:00 to 19:45 and 21:00 to 21:45, Summer Night Festival in Grand Bleu (from August 4 to August 8) from 17:00 to 21:00.
