Using sand for training, commonly known as beach training! Experience training usually done by the waves in the forest of Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture?! Current national athletes, Olympic silver medalists, and professional trainers will offer training booths that everyone, young and old, children and adults can enjoy. Activities including sand pit rhythmic exercises and walking for health are plentiful! There is also a challenge where you can earn free riding lesson tickets. Enjoy the feeling of sand at Citizens' Forest during Golden Week!
