Starting with Kishiwada, try making the traditional pickles using the finest 'mizu-nasu' (water eggplant), a specialty of the Senshu region, as a souvenir or gift. A maximum of 5 people can participate in the experience at the same time. The application deadline is 2 days before (Thursday) at 18:00.
