Mikaeri Waterfall Hydrangea Festival

Chosen as one of Japan's top 100 waterfalls, 'Mikaeri Waterfall' is a scenic spot representing the flower town of Ashi. The sight of the waterfall cascading with a deafening roar is worth seeing. Enjoy about 40,000 hydrangeas of approximately 50 varieties blooming along the 1.4 km path leading to the waterfall. The shuttle bus operates only on Saturdays and Sundays (from Hotaru Bridge to the base of the waterfall).
