【Sakura・Best Viewing】Shidare Sakura no Sato Shichirou-zakura

Shichirou-san carefully preserved and nurtured the weeping cherry blossoms
The 'Shichirou-zakura' in the Kamiyukawa Shihara district of Totsukawa Village is in full bloom. Weeping cherry trees planted by a villager over more than 20 years are in splendid bloom, creating a beautiful settlement reminiscent of a paradise. There are 30 weeping cherry trees, both large and small, in the settlement, which is a hidden gem known to few. During this peak viewing time, the quiet mountain village becomes lively with villagers and photography enthusiasts visiting. In addition to enjoying the shiitake mushroom farm within the settlement, it is also a recommended spot for photography lovers. ■Notes Please be careful of opposing traffic on the narrow Prefectural Road 735, Ryujin Totsukawa Line.
