Masahiro Usami, who develops the 'Manda-la' series by placing the central character on the screen based on stories obtained through dialogue with local residents, arranges the local history and social background around them like a mandala. He showcases completed works created through the 'Manda-la in Higashihiroshima' project along with documentary footage of the project's production process, which includes interviews with citizens.
