May 20 is the day on which Iwami Kagura was certified as a Japanese heritage, and it is also the day designated by Masuda City as "Iwami Kagura Day." About a week before and after this date is titled "MASUDA Iwami Kagura WEEK," during which various events related to Kagura are held throughout the city. By creating many opportunities to see and experience Kagura, we aim to engage not only those who love it but also those who may have no prior interest. There will also be an Instagram posting project to liven up the event with the hashtag "#Kaguraweek"!\n
