The Fukuroi Enshu Fireworks, where selected fireworks artisans from across the country gather to compete in their skills, will be held on July 26. The spectacular large fireworks that light up the night sky of Fukuroi with thunderous sounds are considered one of Japan's top ten fireworks displays and are widely recognized as a summer tradition in the Enshu region of Shizuoka Prefecture.
