Shoku no Miyako Kumamoto Marugoto Fair

Kumamoto Prefecture, in collaboration with the popular restaurant "RIDE" in Tennoz, Tokyo, has launched the "Shoku no Miyako Kumamoto Marugoto Fair" starting September 1. The fair aims to promote the appeal of locally produced food ingredients within the metropolitan area. Chef Sugimoto of RIDE, who has roots in Kumamoto, will offer dishes that maximize the fresh ingredients nurtured by Kumamoto's rich nature, bringing out the flavors through his sensibility, skill, and passion, delivering Kumamoto's 'deliciousness' through food.
