The plum festival is packed with events. Flower Queen photo session, handmade soba from 'Fukurou-kai', plum blossom flower water, dogs can also take photos among the plum trees, dogs must be on a leash while exploring the entire flower garden, dog photo stands, children's athletics, face panels, children's stamp rally, flower garden illustration map quiz, visiting Hanano-oka Shrine which enshrines the god of welfare 'Prince Shotoku', Prince Shotoku's beloved dog 'Yukimaru', and the 'ema' and 'goshuin' made by the users of the welfare facility 'Kazahayano Sato'.
