Zentangle is a word derived from zen (禅) and tangle (絡まる) that originated in the United States. It is an art workshop where you draw on beautiful paper called tiles with just one pen. It is said to promote mindfulness by allowing you to become absorbed in drawing lines. Recommended for those who want to enhance their mental health and concentration.
