Iiyama Light Down Star Watching Gathering
Turn off the lights and experience the starry sky
A stargazing event to enjoy the night sky at Togari Onsen. The city is calling for a "light down" on this day to turn off unnecessary lights and look up at the stars, and will hold a talk about stars and a stargazing session. The instructor is Mr. Koji Onishi, representative of the "Nagano Prefecture is the Space Prefecture" liaison council. No reservation required, everyone is welcome to participate.
