Mt. Maya Spring Climbing Event
Let's enjoy the fresh green climbing of Mt. Maya
This year, the mountain opening event for Mt. Maya (elevation 1,019m), designated as a scenic spot in Yamagata Prefecture, will be held in the spring on the 'Kozasawa' and 'Sekikawa' routes in the Atsumi region! No prior application is needed, so feel free to participate. After performing a safety prayer ceremony with the 'Maya Princess,' chosen by local women, the climbing will begin. If you register in the morning of the event, you will be covered by accident insurance.
