Tohoku's three major summer festivals color Akita's summer
A festival with a history of about 270 years. The largest 'Wyaku' is 12 meters long and weighs about 50 kg. About 280 poles and 10,000 lanterns are skillfully transferred by the young men from their foreheads, shoulders, and waists, drawing the audience into a world of fantasy and emotion.
