The lecturer is Mr. Norio Takizawa from the Niigata Prefectural Cultural Division World Heritage Room. The venue has a capacity of 80 people (first come, first served on the day). Online streaming will use Zoom with a capacity of 90 people (first come, first served for applications) with applications available on the website.
