A magnificent firework display to adorn the finale of the Tanjin Festival
The 'Tanjin Festival' celebrating the birth of Sugawara no Michizane, held from August 3rd to 5th, features various events, including the lantern festival where over 2000 candles light the way to the Tenman Shrine. The grand finale of the last day is the fireworks festival, where colorful fireworks illuminate the summer night sky of Hofu. ■ Notes Traffic regulations will be in effect on the day.
