[Sakura Viewing] Kuroiso Park

[Sakura Viewing] Kuroiso Park

Famous for Cherry Blossoms and Katakuri

Kuroiso Park

Late Mar~Early Apr

Known as a cherry blossom viewing spot, approximately 240 trees, mainly Somei Yoshino along with shidarezakura and yaezakura, are planted and attract visitors during the peak season from mid-April each year. Additionally, the park features an area abundant with katakuri that also reaches its peak bloom during the same period as the cherry blossoms. The area near the Fureai Bridge connecting Kuroiso Park and Nakagawa Riverside Park offers views of the Nasu mountain range and Nakagawa river on clear days, making it a great spot for photography.
