"Suwa History" is a book that summarizes the history of six cities and towns in the Suwa region, and its noteworthy "Volume 1" was published in December 1924, a hundred years ago, as a specialist book on local history at the highest standard of its time. The Suwa City Museum houses materials related to "Suwa History," and this exhibition focuses on materials included in "Volume 1." Additionally, in collaboration with various museums in the Suwa region, the museum will also exhibit materials related to the Kofun period.
