[Swimming] Kawarasako Beach

Kawarasako Beach is characterized by its wide, white sandy beach and transparent sea, having been loved by the local community. It has been selected as one of the Ministry of the Environment's 'Top 100 Bathing Beaches' and is known as a classic beach for swimming in Ibaraki Prefecture. Located along the southern coastline of Hitachi City, it has good access and ample parking, making it extremely popular with beachgoers from outside the prefecture.
