Foraging Practical Course in NIIGATA
First foraging (wild plant) course held in Niigata
First event in Niigata. We will invite Maiko Tsurukawa, who is active in Yamanashi Prefecture (owner of the wild plant shop Tsuchikoro), to hold a beginner's course on foraging for wild plants. This intensive course will cover everything necessary to enjoy foraging in one day, from identifying poisonous plants, observing and collecting wild plants, preparing lunch (wild grass pasta), understanding wild plants and Japanese events, to the essential skills and interesting knowledge for foraging. Everyone from first-timers to those who want to relearn are very welcome. ■Notes Capacity of 15 people (first come, first served), apply by June 9 (Monday)
