Approaching the figure of Fujiwara no Kamatari through historical sites and classical literature
The Autumn Cultural Lecture aims to unravel and rediscover Takatsuki's history and culture as well as Noh theater. It is co-hosted by the Takatsuki Noh Association and Takatsuki City. This time, the theme is Fujiwara no Kamatari, who is considered to be the person buried in the Abuyama Burial Mound. The lecture will feature "The Footsteps of Fujiwara no Kamatari and the Misho Region" by the director of the Shiroato Historical Museum, as well as "Fujiwara no Kamatari in the Classical World - Manyoshu, Kōwaka, and Noh" by Professor Emeritus Fukunori Yamazaki of Kyoto Prefectural University. *For more details, please refer to the website.
