Sea of Clouds & Matsue Castle 'Yakumo Rises' ~ A Story Woven with Light and Poetry

The largest artificial sea of clouds in Japan and the projection mapping performance. A unique program where you climb the castle beyond the 'eight-layered' sea of clouds. A fantastical world like a hanging scroll of ink wash painting unfolds, allowing you to experience the presence and charm of the National Treasure keep. Additionally, on the day of the 10th anniversary of the national treasure designation (July 8), an event will be held at Matsue Castle Honmaru. Starting from 9:00, a 10th anniversary commemorative towel will be given to the first 100 people, and a calligraphy performance is scheduled from 10:00.
