The Cherry Blossom Festival at the renowned garden "Kakkoen Park," recognized as one of Japan's top 100 cherry blossom viewing spots. Approximately 500 giant and ancient cherry trees, including Somei Yoshino, stand out against the moss-covered stone walls. Among them, the native "Komoro Yaebeni Shidare" is characterized by its deep reddish-purple color. During the festival, lanterns will be lit and illuminations will take place.
