The first permanent rakugo theater in the northeastern region. Performers from the Japan Rakugo Association will appear. 5/12-13: San'yutei Yushiro, Mukashimukashi-tei Kitaro, Tachikawa Naruyuki. Performers on 5/26-27: Katsura Kakuzou, Katsura Nobee, Kyouko. 6/12-13: Shunpūtei Yaninosuke, Shofukutei Kiko, Hiyama Umekichi. 6/26-27: Takigawa Koichō, Shunpūtei Shōsuke, Kanda Sakurako. 7/12-13: Shunpūtei Shōnoshin, Shunpūtei Shōyō, Katsura Chōnoji. 7/26-27: Sanshōtei Yumeka, Takigawa Koihaku, Koizumi Poron.
