A special exhibition collecting famous works from the collection of the Aomori Prefectural Museum of Art, which houses many works by artists from Aomori Prefecture, including the world-renowned woodblock print artist Shiko Munakata, pioneer of etching Junzo Imamura, Junichiro Sekino, Toru Narita who designed Ultraman, and contemporary artist Yoshitomo Nara who is gaining worldwide attention.
