Gyōjin-sama is one of the few living Buddhas in Japan and has been watching over this land of Shin'no for over three hundred years. It is said to be the only mummy (living Buddha) in Japan of the Zen sect, and is considered a precious treasure because it remains in a particularly beautiful form.
