Held in Kanuma City, known as one of Japan's leading regions for satsuki, this is the largest satsuki festival in the country. A 'Grand Exhibition' featuring around 300 displays of the city's flower, satsuki, as well as around 10,000 satsuki plants for sale, sales of local specialties and products, satsuki consultation meetings, and free seedling distribution events are held, attracting a large crowd.
