Inheritance and Development of Modern Design

The exhibition showcases a selection of exquisite works from the 'A5 Collection Düsseldorf'. It features a variety of artworks including posters chosen from the perspectives of geometric abstraction, illustration, photography, and typography, as well as booklets and magazines. Enjoy the world of graphic design in West Germany that pursued new expressions in the post-war era while inheriting the modernism based on the design education proposed by Bauhaus and Ulm School of Design.

Closed every Monday. However, the museum will be open on May 5 (Monday) and closed on May 7 (Wednesday). Night opening days: March 21 (Friday), 22 (Saturday), 28 (Friday), and 29 (Saturday) will be open until 20:00 (entry is allowed until 30 minutes before closing).
