"Gamkan" is the crown worn by the King of Ryukyu during the enthronement ceremony and important domestic rituals. The only existing crown of the Ryukyu Kings is this single piece held by the museum. Take this opportunity to enjoy this one-of-a-kind precious gamkan up close.
