Chiba Port Tower Rooftop Opening

Summer at Chiba Port Tower. The rooftop, which is usually not open to the public, will be specially opened. Unlike the view from the observation room, you can actually feel the wind from the rooftop. When the rooftop is open, you can also see the dynamic damper that helps reduce the shaking during earthquakes.
