Announcing the arrival of summer with hundreds of varieties of irises, including the nationally rare 'Nagai Ko-shu'. A picturesque spot, Umbrella Sky, is installed at the north entrance. It brightens up the gloomy feelings often brought on by the rainy season. In addition, food stalls and various events are held, and at night, lanterns light up the park to entertain visitors.
