Special Exhibition "Tsuguharu Fujita: Seven Passions"

In this exhibition, we focus on seven keywords (self-expression, landscape, avant-garde, East and West, women, children, heaven and angels) to trace the sources of creativity of Tsuguharu Fujita (1886–1968). Under the supervision of Sylvie Buisson, who compiled Fujita's catalog raisonné, 132 pieces, mainly consisting of prints, sketches, oils, and materials owned by individuals in France, will be exhibited. In the second part, works and materials of Japanese artists associated with Fujita will be displayed.
