66th Tokyo Koenji Awa Odori

The Koenji Awa Odori, which started in a shopping street seeking the vibrancy of the Koenji area in Showa 32, has grown to a point where 10,000 dancers perform and a million cheers resonate during the event period, making it a representative summer tradition of Tokyo. Over 150 groups will dance in 8 performance venues around JR Koenji Station and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line Shinkoenji Station. Indoor performances will be held in 2 venues during the daytime on the same day. Enjoy the meticulously planned dance performances.
