Tokyo Kreis Ensemble Producer Series - The Circle Woven by Joachim -

The Circle Woven by Joachim
Kreis means "circle" in German. In the 19th century, the violin master Joachim was close to Robert and Clara Schumann, and it was none other than Joachim who introduced Brahms to the Schumanns. Now, the Stradivarius that Joachim cherished is played by Nagamine. This is truly a miraculous circle, connecting the three composers and the concert producer. The program will feature C. Schumann: Piano Trio, Schumann: "Fairy Tale", Brahms: Piano Quintet.
